Eligibility (summary)
Two alternative eligibility routes are acceptable (either Option 1 or Option 2):
- Option 1: Ph.D. + First Class (60%+) at Bachelors or Masters level in the relevant discipline; minimum 16 years of teaching/research/industry experience (3 years post-PhD) with at least 5 years as Head of Department or higher.
- Option 2: First Class (60%+) at Bachelor’s or Master’s level in the relevant discipline; minimum 20 years of teaching/research/industry experience and at least 5 years as Head of Department or higher.
Territorial Army service and NCC ‘B’ certificate holders may be given preference where applicable.
